This Privacy Policy applies to the Context Visualizer website, public web tool, and Windows desktop beta (together, the “Product”). Short version: raw session files stay in their original local folders. You choose what to import. When you start semantic distillation, selected content is sent through OpenRouter to the model provider you selected. The distilled map and preferences are stored locally. The desktop app discovers supported Claude Code and Codex session locations on your computer. Discovery does not automatically create a project or send those files anywhere. Depending on the surface you use, the following may be stored in the desktop application data directory or your browser storage:根据你使用的版本，以下内容可能存储在桌面应用数据目录或浏览器存储中：

3. OpenRouter and model providers3. OpenRouter 与模型提供商
Context Visualizer is BYOK. When you intentionally start a distillation or redistillation, selected session content is transmitted using your key to OpenRouter and the model provider you choose. Provider practices differ, including retention, logging, and whether inputs or outputs may be used to improve models. Review OpenRouter’s Privacy Policy, OpenRouter’s Terms, and the selected provider’s policy before sending sensitive content. The public website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process standard request and security data such as IP address, browser information, requested path, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. The site does not currently include third-party advertising or a product analytics script. When live checkout is enabled, Creem will act as Merchant of Record and process checkout, payment, tax, invoice, fraud-prevention, refund, and chargeback information. We may receive order and customer details needed to deliver and support the Product, but not full card details. Local Product data remains on your device until you delete the relevant canvas, clear browser/application storage, or uninstall the Product. Data handled by OpenRouter, a model provider, Vercel, GitHub, or Creem is retained and controlled under that provider’s policy. Use the controls or contact channels offered by the relevant provider.
